I love big auto diesels
I also like most BMW's and Mercs
I think personal car finance is a rip off
2 best looking cars ever made for me are the 1967 427 Ford Mustang and the 1967 Corvette StingRay coupe
I am really tempted to buy a Citroen berlingo as a second car so as to support my cycling addiction
As I get older my desire to own a sports car wanes (apart from the aforementioned yank tanks)
I tend to disagree with most clarksonisms, but like him as I find him funny but is now a caricature of himself.
I also am bored by F1 but enjoy touring cars even though it's mainly fwd hatches and saloons these days.

I've got several, mostly I've discovered that they are sacrilege as a result of reading PH to be honest!
Firstly I hate Alfas.. I find myself genuinely bewildered that anyone can find the front end of them pretty. Secondly with the exception of the E-type I find most "classic" cars hold virtually no appeal to me, even the E-type is something I'd much rather have a modernised version such as the Eagle Speedster and finally I really didn't like the EP3 Civic Type R!

I drive a diesel Vectra. It's my 9th Vauxhall and some of the previous ones have been diesel.
Whilst at the car wash today there was an Audi R8 and a Jaguar XF being washed. I preferred the Jag! (It was an XFR)
Nowt wrong with that IMO the Jag is a far more useable fast carWhilst at the car wash today there was an Audi R8 and a Jaguar XF being washed. I preferred the Jag! (It was an XFR)

I may be tempted with an XF next...........diesel of course.

I don't think the E-type is the best looking car ever made, nowhere near. A Miura pisses all over it in the looks department.
Agree.Plus:
• Anything to do with the Nurburgring bores me
• Porsches leave me cold
• There isn't a bad angle on either the Peugeot 205, 306 and Rover P6
• I don't understand nor care much for the mechanical side of cars or engines (torque, compression, BHP etc)
• Despite their best efforts, modern Audi's are very dull cars (and I say this having owned 2 previously and am now on my third). Some describe them as understated; no, they are dull.
• The Audi quattro is great on the outside only. Like a cheap old, VW inside
• Ford Anglia is one of the ugliest cars ever made
• Range Rovers are starting to appeal to me
• I'd never own one but I suspect BMW do build the best cars on the market
• All Nissan Micra drivers need help in some way, shape or form
• Ssangyong Rodius owners leave me incredulous. How on earth did you force yourself to pay money for that?
