Whilst Ker is a fairly rare surname it's more likely to be Kerr. So the plate only slightly resembles their name. Certainly not worth £3k+ imo.

I might have posted OAT 1 on a Jag Xj, and now a FFRR, but this thing was in front of me recently and I got chatting to the chaps driving it. The company has the full range of OAT plates and this truck goes to Carfest North, among other things, to serve people their oats, first thing in the morning.

It was in Knightsbridge, there are lots and lots of complimentary Rolls for the hotels etc, I assume the one I saw is not complimentary and needs a private hire licence through accepting "fares".
