V 2.5 LTR Bournemouth
I'm just going to check the Regs to see if it's legally formatted! smile
If it's displayed as you have posted it, then it's not legal.

Even displayed properly, I don't think it's particularly good.
Ok it's a shocker. I posted it because I thought it might give a few who
are interested in the RG plates a bit of a laugh.
Those who like a subtle plate might actually like it in it's correct form
V25 LTR on a Jaguar 2.5 V6 SE 4dr Auto.
But who can judge that? biglaugh

It's just a square plate rather than the standard layout?

The moulding appears square too. (Else plate wouldn't fit). Kind of looks American. Font doesn't look quite right & the Gov Tax check thing can't find the car.

I'm calling spoof!

US spec bumper fitted?

Just out of interest what sort of money should one pay for a single number and two letter plate? Doesn't make a word just one number and initials. All I want is a very rough idea or maybe a better way of considering it is if a plate is up for £20k what could I realistically hope to achieve.

I know you've retracted already, but this site is useful for confirming vehicle details... https://www.vehicleenquiry.service.gov.uk/ ...you need only the registration number and vehicle manufacturer. It doesn't work for everything, it's pretty ropey for ultra low volume stuff and obscure kit cars, but for most modern metal, and 'mainstream' classics, it comes up trumps. It's great for calling BS on your colleague's new "AMG" Mercedes, for example... "but Mick*, DVLA say it's registered as a 2.0 litre diesel?"

DVLA said:
Vehicle make - VOLKSWAGEN
Date of first registration - 01 March 2007
Year of manufacture - 2007
Cylinder capacity (cc) - 3200cc
CO₂Emissions - 231 g/km
Fuel type - PETROL
Export marker - No
Vehicle status - Taxed and due
Vehicle colour - BLUE

That's one of my guesses. I wonder why? (I'm a Mark V R32 enthusiast too)

There's a 4x4 (possibly RRS?) in Surrey I've seen previously with a similar layout - I think it was H3HEH.

Edit - just noticed the rather interesting rear spoiler on that white Leon in the background - nice laugh
