Today, in Farnborough, I spotted...


999 AA



...there will be no prizes for guessing what it was on.


I didn't get a picture, but PHer 'Pork' got one back in March this year...

I quoted your picture because it was the only image of the van that came up on google when I searched for the plate, and it brought me right back to this here thread. I presumed you wouldn't mind, so long as I credited you for it wink

Both DVLA Auction plates...

"1 WWW" £3000 May 96

"10 ED" £2600 Dec 95

+ VAT Etc and a far while ago but both good value and great investments especially the first one,more than likely initials,but in relation to the Internet which wasn't big in 96 i would have thought could be worth many many times that today may be unto six figures...........!

Either this or WWW 1 was on an old green Vauxhall Vivaro in Reigate. It's owned by pension firm Towers Watson, formerly Watson Wyatt Worldwide.
