I'm sure this one may have come up before, but let's face it I'm not reading 266 pages and three other threads to find out smile

Anyway, yesterday afternoon in Nuneaton, definitely one for the "by how much the plate is worth more than the car" thread...

1 MD on a battered old silver Vectra.
I posted about this a few pages back, I know the bloke that owns it, I've tried to buy it, he won't sell it
Ironic that I'd have only needed to scroll back a couple of pages... Yep, that's the fella, just made me do a double take that it was on such a nondescript car!

Plenty of short plates in London yesterday.
A few highlights:
4 K on a Phantom
87 A on an Aventador
LG 2 on a Lexus CT200
1 YEN on a Jag XK8
AA 56 on a Volvo V70 - is this an early issue plate?

Also saw 1 CEO parked next to that Phantom last night.
Think it was on a 5 Series.
Also his?

Saw 4C on a Mercedes yesterday.

Strange thing is I remember this plate from about 15 years ago when it was on a 4 or 5 year old Clio in another city about 25 miles from where I live.

I thought the same although I doubt any CEO living there would either.
