Is it an original issue? About every KAT 1<letter> plate seems to have been auctioned except E

Possibly origional issue, mum & dad spotted it many, many years ago.

I saw F1 CEO on a Ferrari F12 on Sunday in Weybridge and 15 minutes later I saw F12 CEO, same model of car. I wonder who owns those?

OT, but the parking sensors on that Phaeton look like giant rivets and utterly cheapen up the look of the rear of the car.

Bizarrely, my Sister said the same thing - many years ago - about the parking sensors on a Phaeton we were behind at some lights.
