887 TBB

Saw it yesterday , looked correctly spaced and everything , first time I've seen one that looked like it could be reversed if you know what I mean.

Interesting post ....... 'V' was the first prefix every issued for the area of Lanarkshire in Scotland - so V48 was the 48th reg number ever issued in this area . I live in Lanarkshire and I have V79 - quite rare for such an old plate to still be in circulation in its original district of issue ........ If that not bizarre enough my neighbour has V78 on his range rover !!!

Please excuse the Series moss.
I agree, that's great to see them still in the area 101 years on! I love 'single prefix' plates, I don't care that they don't 'mean' anything..

Followed 1845 RD on Monday heading from Leicester towards Lutterworth. Looked unusual, and appears to be an interesting one as it doesn't seem to have been bought at a DVLA auction. Any ideas of the age / history?

Desperation on the part of the owner - "PLU 58" was already taken, and is on another Plus 8. Built 1974 but first registered (in UK) in 1982, according to DVLA. It's cream, with a 3528cc Rover V8 engine, last MOT'd in 2009 and currently SORN.

Sorry for the tiny pic, I'm limited to what sites I can go on at work:

Belongs to a young British rapper called JME that I listen to, obviously the X6 matches the car model, the BBK stands for 'Boy Better Know' which is the collective / label he's a founder and member of.

Just thought it was quite good..
