65 A on a black Defender on M25 Friday night. 3 lanes closed and this thing was in the 4th following police car...diplo vehicle?

Iirc it was simply a case of the Morris Minor had it's original low digit number transferd from the car and DVLA then issued " 1 AN " as a equivalent replacement and they can never be transferd to stop the process been repeated.

I wouldn't even say half of that. Ian is not that popular any further as a name, so a narrowing market.
