Saw this near Ormskirk yesterday. I'm almost certain it used to be on a van in Rochdale a few years ago. The company was Farm Fresh Foods or similar.

Spotted UN11CRN on a Shogun the other day, guess probably a horsey type owner. Never knew there was a 'UN' plate though.

You can have what you want if you pay for it and it meets the rules; Regardless of if the age identifier was formally issued to an area or not.
