haha not very, i've heard it all before! not many people understand the love of old school Volvo's...(and unfortunately the plate is now on retention for sale - dear volvo is back on its M plate).

Indeed, and that is a new one for me - good spot! There are plenty of 'wrong' combinations that have been issued to embassies. They also include plates that were previously issued - such as NL 1, issued in 1921 but subsequently re-issued to the Netherlands. How can Quebec have an embassy when it isn't a country? That would be like Yorkshire having an embassy somewhere.
