More likely Carol from Basildon
Very unlikely to be Carol from anywhere.
KAZ was issued with letters first but never reversed so it is a diplomatic issue, odds on to be Kazakhstan.

I'm sure it's been posted before but ELV 1S on a Vauxhall Mokka of all things. Was dark and I was driving so sadly no pic.
