£11K + VAT Etc Dec 92.. I used to see it around Leeds a lot back then but seemed to disappear for a while.. and iirc the guy's surname is Taylor so it's his initials..

Although it's from Jan 1904, there are others that are over a month older

The first number to be reserved was CA1 which was done in sept 03, although the law didnt require registrations before jan 04.
