Yeah, I dare say. Excluding JW 1, that's my ultimate plate.

Your post makes sense with the pics, before it was just a list.
Quite clear to me what it was , it's also quite clear to everyone else I would have thought , why be so bloody pedantic man ?

Almost got a photo but he drove off before I could get my phone out to take a pic.

That GHO5T rider is difficult to identify (this is a bikey joke wink )

Yes, but they introduced it as a list of number plates... Whereas I had the audacity to just list them without any introduction. What was I thinking... Assuming people would realise they're number plates! On a 'real good plates' forum!

Slap on my wrist...

Moving on, here's another short plate on a 928... A few metres away from where I spotted the one a few days earlier

I'm sorry if people feel I was being pedantic, but a list of random numbers without photos is pointless, the photo above with a great plate on the car, shot with a camera phone is what it should be about. It brings the thread to life. Just my opinion.

Does it have to? I wouldn't care if my single-single plate didn't represent my name.

The owner is a nice bloke, bought the plate a couple of years ago and seemed the sort who knew it could be a good investment. Lives near the Dorchester I think.

I'm with you. I don't see the point of listing plates without either a pic or a "saw this near x and a y car" to give context.

If I wanted to see a list of plates, I'd go to NewReg.com (other plate sites are available).
