I'm sure I've seen that 5 around Ollerton (Nottinghamshire)
Yes, it's in that area.
Glad that's come up on this thread, I saw it at Markham Moor last year but wasn't 100% on the registration; just that it was good.

Not been on here for ages.
If it's 30% off then it will be a stock number for RT I presume.
They don't need to sell and won't sell for a small profit - they'll happily sit on it to get the right price.
However, your best option is to put an offer in on a Monday before the end of the month. They then think about it, and then as the staff are target driven you may be able to get a better price on the Friday of the end of the month as they need to get their bonus for the month or similar.
However, I can almost guarantee you won't ever get your plate for less than 5 figures if it's up at £20k.
Good luck!
A mate of mine noticed quite a specific plate for sale that resembled his surname but to be fair had been for sale for over a year, he asked me to buy it on his behalf , it was advertised on RT for £6k

Made an enquiry to see if it was a available which it was and went in with a very firm offer of £3k , they responded by email stating that not only was the offer derisory but there had been interest fro more than one party and the bidding should be iro £20k

Replied in the negative , about 6 months later they accepted a firm bid of £2.5k

Make of that what you will.

ok, so after some more work the 1x1 Website is now up to datebiggrin

What are people opinions of

A1 - I've seen later pictures of it on a Rover 800 (probably from the time it was owned by Dunlop?)

1A - Is it just me who thinks it's fake? Currently not on anything

2K - Currently on a 11 year old Audi A4. Are we expected to believe it was transferred onto it from a BmW 6 series? Especially one not seen on a the road?

No picture but whilst trying to find a part number at work I came across "632" on a 2008 ford transit mini bus

I saw A1 on a Mini in Regents Park around 2005-6. Had I known it had t ever been snapped, I'd have got a pic. I believe the owner has 1A too.

A1 and 1A are supposedly owned by sultan of Brunei's brother and were both on mini's

A1 is still currently registered to a mini

Yes, it belongs to naughty Prince Jefri.

It had to do as he wasn't able to get "HRHPDSMPMJBIAMSHOASSKW 1"

Why has this UK registration got a Jersey emblem on the left hand side? Is that legal?
It is not legal.
It's a lovely original plate though - Peebles, 1904. Displaying the GBJ symbol is no different to using a German plate as some of the VWs on the other thread do...not the worst crime in the world (I couldn't give a hoot) but spoils a great plate.

I don't normally post without photos, but I saw AAA 1 going south on the A34 yesterday. It looked superb on an older Rangie. Don't think it's been on here before.

'OPN 911' on a 911 cabriolet last night. No picture as I was driving but looked like a great combo.
