Famous cars that you have seen / owned

Back in 2002 I started working for Hartwell VW and had to go to their head office for sales training in Oxford, the office was behind their Land Rover dealership.

Part of the training was role play conducted in a big warehouse which was full of old Land Rovers, parts etc. Parked up in the corner and I mean just literally abandoned and covered in all kinds of crap was this from Judge dredd



No idea if there were a few of them for the film but the training blokes were pretty made up with this bit of kit just sitting there.

I thought it was pretty cool.

I thought those things were the best part of the film to be honest (and I still like the look of them). While I haven't seen any famous vehicles myself my father delivered the Land Rover that dived over the cliff in The Living Daylights to the new 'owners'.

[Refined Detail]

Did some work at TG studios a few years back on a night shift preparing a load of Nissan 370z's for a pre release promo thing there. In the corner of the studios the old Liana was lurking, along with the Lotus 'motorhome' that hadn't been aired at the time which was quite cool.

Other than that, I've been lucky enough to detail Jack Tordoff's Porsche RS-L and work on a few other cars with interesting historys / famous previous owners.
