Where to get a specific, private plate? I'm struggling.

I am looking for a personalised number plate, but i'm struggling.

I have looked on all of the websites that I know about, but none offer what I am looking for, so just asking does anyone know how I could get the plate:

JMS 47.

JMS 47 is showing as not insured.

Doesn't mean it's not on a car though.

It was certain issued http://www.newreg.co.uk/number-plates-search/#Jms4...

I'd contact one of the reg plates like new reg and they will track it down.
