Meh.
Not even on my list.
Handling that is inaccessible, and I agree about the "Boxster steroid" styling.
All IMO of course.

If we are doing wish lists, then the slot for a V10 would be taken by an LFA.

I'd be lying if I said I hadn't considered it.

Gorgeous cars, sound, quality, engineering and that wooden gear knob hehe Definitely one for the "collection", preferably in Yellow. Only critism is the 996 steering wheel, looks a bit.....low rent in comparison to the rest of the car.

Is it true that they were thinking of using a turbocharged flat-6 engine?
Initially, that is.
Not heard this before. My understanding is that the V10 was the starting point of the project.

As others have stated the noise is out of this world, although my only evidance is from old top gear clips etc.

Probably the best car I have ever driven.

That clutch is very tricky when setting off though, never tried the no throttle trick.

The noise is just intoxicating! And the details in the engine bay, never seen another car like it.

A 'bargain' compared to modern day supercars. Won't see the like again either

Not at the top of my list but would love to experience a ride with the top down.

Sorry, this wouldn't get it over the LFA for me.

I like the look of them, but I fail to see the added appeal over the SLR tbh.

One of my favourite cars of all time. A spine-tinglingly epic soundtrack.

I still can't quite get over seeing one in the depths of Bulgaria being driven by the police. Supposedly a bribe from the Bulgarian Mafia. Shame they don't have the roads to enjoy it. Didn't stop me getting a ticket for 110 in rented X90!
Bearing in mind the Suzuki X-90 had a top speed of 94mph that was seriously good going.
