Cars that are economical on the rag
Discussion
As the title says, rag meaning something being piloted pretty swiftly, down a twisty B-Road perhaps. The majority of vehicles see a massive MPG drop once you start driving them hard. I've experienced a few cars were the MPG hardly alters depending on how it is being driven though, the 1.4 MG ZR being one of them off the top of my head. I guess it's a relatively modern, light free revving engine bolted into a light chassis.
What other vehicles offer pretty similar MPG figures regardless of how they're being driven?

Wedge, the fuel consumption does not get much worse no matter how you drive it, except if you track it, then you will be getting about 8mpg.
Impreza, taking it easy maybe 27mpg, having a bit of fun 23mpg.
Or was that not what you meant?
OK then.
Smart Brabus Roadster, normal but not economy driving 50ish mpg, thrash it around and you will still get 40mpg.
