The GT6 was a MK2, not a 3:

It looks OK in the street.
Oddly this has convinced me that silver is probably best smile

The MGB has much better shut lines than the GT6 has so I don't think the colour will draw your eye to imperfections so much. Also, a lot of time has been spent getting the best possible fit on all the panels.

That GT6 looks great!

That's what I'd go for on mine. It's brown currently.

Thanks yes there are some very nice reds in the Ferrari range there.

I'm still quite torn!

How about a nice bright but fine red metallic?

This is rather beautiful.

or the Frontline LE50 green.

Both of those look fantastic IMO...
Agreed, good taste indeed. The silver looks properly stunning with those wheels too.
Both of these look perfect.... To honest, the first colour i thought of when i rear the orinal post - was something like Aston Martin racing green or the new Hardley Green, both of which are close to the green car pictured.

Would the red that Alfa paint the 8C in work?

Damn expensive dust bin lids! They remind me of basic steel wheels fitted to everything a few years back, which you then had to cover up with hub-caps. biggrin

That pic above is Braken I believe, bracken not broken! tongue out
Standard colours like that and even BRG just look bland and go un-noticed. That metallic green or silver grey will turn heads. smile

I think bright silver for some reason doesn't suit the B, not sure why. Maybe because it wasn't a standard factory colour.
Pewter or Gunmetal like the previous picture looks great. Plenty of clear coat.
This is mine, not an LE. Was originally painted white and then repainted by the previous owner, but dont know the name of the colour. Slightly light than the LE pewter and changes a bit in the sunlight.

Dont start with all this rubber bumper bla bla bla. smile
Think thats clled oyster.
We had a Maxi in that colour, option.
Bloody nice (the colour).
