I have just been asked to pay this as well from Swinton despite them not even letting me know how much they are charging for the renewal premium.... Whats worse, a snotty sounding sales person from them just called me about it but refused to talk to me as I was reluctant to answer his security questions (DOB etc). "Hang on, you phoned me, how do I know you are genuine?" I asked only to hear the click of a phone being hung up on me.
