Will I notice a +29 bhp remap and is it worth it on old car?

Normally I'd say go for it, but the 1.8 115PS TDCI is pretty well maxed out as standard, the gains are tiny on that engine, certainly not anything like 40bhp.

Also, the standard flywheels are weaker than most.

I'm a big fan of remapping turbo diesels, but not that engine imho. I had an 03 Focus Ghia in about 2007 and decided against it. Things may of course have moved on somewhat so feel free to ignore me.
