Are 912 really selling for £27k?

I remember when you could get one for £6k. Not concourse obviously but still usable and tidy.

Seeing as it isn't exactly "original" anymore and more-so a 911 now than a 912, that price does seem a bit steep. Still, I guess you can ask for anything these days and some prices people are willing to pay for early Porsches are incredible!
