Can anyone see anything better than this for a 5dr DSG.

http://www.centralukvehicleleasing.co.uk/vehicle/c...

180+vat for 10k miles over 24 months, albeit with a 12mth deposit

I was looking at vehicle savers, as their prices are similar but with a much smaller deposit at 6 months, but they aren't listing the 5dr DSG

Deal I got offered, but can't take it up as only 4 months into my current 2 year PCP deal...

Personal Lease VW Golf R DSG

£1924.63 initial rental
£320.77 x 23 months
@15000K miles per annum

£4650 per year, which is near as much identical to what I pay per year now for my PCP deal on my fiesta ST

How much do you have to put down initially, that must be for only 5k miles per annum though, I require 15k miles.

Multiply £219.99 by 6.

Do these deals actually exist or do these companies fake deals to get people on their database.

I enquired about this one yesterday and was told that they are awaiting October's new deals and that this figure is no longer valid - urm if not then why is it on your website!? furious

Because we've just gone in to Quarter 4 and they're probably waiting for the new deals to come through. Some manufacturers/leasing companies aren't the quickest out of the blocks with the new campaigns. I'm still waiting on the latest deals for one of the 2 manufacturers I sell. And I'm a main dealer! The longest I've waited is 2 weeks, not having the new deals for the first few days in to a quarter is fairly normal. If they took all of the deals down nobody would call them, so I wouldn't worry just yet smile

Even still that is a unreal deal -
It is but when I selected a more realistic mileage for my needs there is a huge increase. Assume for most people 8k probably isn't quite enough.

Quite possibly not but just because they won't offer a realistic price in advance, it doesn't mean you can't do the mileage at a sensible cost. You just have to know what the excess mileage charge is.

At 8p/mile + VAT then 4k extra per year is £32 per month.

Even at 25p/mile + VAT then it's £100 per month.

Equivalent to £90 + VAT on a 9+35 - can't see there being much equity in that against trade price.

Not recently, mine was ordered in January and eventually arrived in May. I just meant that I was 'sorted' car wise for another 18months.

I have just enquired on a Fiesta ST-2 @ £168pm and approx £1200 deposit with all fees on a 6+23 contract inc VAT

Seems a decent deal but only 8k pa so need to see what additional mileage is first... has anyone seen anything better?

Shame the Golf deal is available in any colour as long as it's red. Optional paint costs on these lease deals seem absurd.

And why would anyone buy a big diesel just to do 8k miles a year? Confused.
