The ultimate all weather family/business workhorse?
Previous page. It's a 5k deal but if the excess ppm is reasonable then you should still manage <£300/month. No idea if there's any stock.http://www.clvr.org.uk/personal-lease-cars/skoda/o...

Offers on Ford Kuga, Mazda CX-5, Volvo XC60 and VW Tiguan if you want a faux 4x4. Otherwise may be good offers for 2 years on Merc estates, especially E class. I want something in stock

That's the kicker with any cheap deals: stock.I've had 3 cars through Freedom and I've never wanted to put myself in the cancelled order or phantom car scenario experienced with a lot of, for example, Golf R people.
I just ring up and say "got an AMG sport SLK diseasel, in stock, cheap?" "Yes" "What colour?" "Blah" "I'll have it. Here's my card number".
I wonder if it'd be an idea on this thread to standardise the format of the deals - eg. always show the 3+23 price. 9+ deals are all very well, but the deposits are bonkers.

What about if we just did the total cost including vat? Or per year with the deposit averaged?xRIEx said:

I went from an XF to an E350, the Mercedes is a significantly nicer car imo and only cost £30 per month more than the price above.http://www.gateway2lease.com/z_jaguar_xf_2.2dportf...

Enquired about the several Fiesta ST deals mentioned in the last few pages today.
Turns out they're pretty much gone (unless anyone knows any new ones??)
So with that in mind, does anyone know of any hot hatch offers or fun cars for £175-190 a month?
Also considering PCP is the deal is there. Thanks.

I vote total monthly cost inc VAT. Include the 'admin fee' and advance payment but also divide it into the monthly cost so people can determine which suits them.
So I'm looking at a deal at the moment which is £890 upfront, £148 per month with £90 admin fee over 24 months with 10k mileage limit.
So 890 + (148x23) + 90 / 24 = £182 per month all in inc VAT.
Oui?

I'm not going to bother any more. It's one of the best deals I've found which is available *right now*, so I thought I'd share it. But apparently the engine is crap (although the reviews say it isn't) and better deals have been available in the past on other cars.
Whatever was I thinking?

This is exactly how I worked things out Mat. Tbh some of the posts on here are people comparing two deals which if you standardised things like it would be obvious which was the best. When I was looking around I stuck the basic sum into Excel then used that to work things out. It might be sad but I actually even factored the mileage, mpg, servicing & insurance costs. Takes 2 ticks to get figures and then you actually can make an informed decision if you're stuck.
I mean don't get me wrong the deposit is often a big thing but if you can't save up 700 quid then should you really should not be committing yourself to pay a regular monthly cost? Realise everyone is different but that's how I look at it anyway but I was deciding against used & lease so the deposit wasn't a huge dealbreaker. edit: realise that 700 is right on the bottom end and that your average German machinery runs into several thou. Still think it scales slightly though.
Doesn't stop the term length, mileage allowance, overage, deposit & admin fee being posted as well...

You may think bonkers but they're very popular now. Pretty much the 'default' with Mercedes nowadays.I've had 3 cars through Freedom and I've never wanted to put myself in the cancelled order or phantom car scenario experienced with a lot of, for example, Golf R people.

I'll use my situation as an example:
Really want a Fiesta ST, but it would be really pushing my monthly outgoings.
So I'm going for a Zetec S 'Red' edition instead.
The monthly lease is only £30 cheaper, but factor fuel, insurance and mileage into it and I'm saving £75 a month. Or nearly £2k over the term. Not to be sniffed at!

Just ordered a c200 with all the bells and whistles for 10 grand, 24 months on 15k miles. Happy knowing my cost is fixed, especially after losing thousands on used cars over the past few years.

Yup, dont see whats wrong with 9 plus 23 deals. It's the total cost that matters.
