This popped up on another forum I use and had some interesting results.
I'll start...

Show cages. More dangerous than a proper cage and only a fraction cheaper. Why not just buy the real thing!

Overly stretched tyres.

'Static' suspension that is too low to drive safely (I have nothing against people who use air bags though).

In fighting.

Car enthusiasts are not only slagged off by half of society, they spend most of the time slagging each other off.

Want to put a show cage in? Go for it.
Lower on stretchy tyres? Great. I appreciate your efforts.
Leased it? Great. Enjoy

No? They are typically crappy thin walled, chrome cages. Banned from alot of tracks as they cause more damage than good if you go upside down

A guy at my old work had one in his 'slammed' (with massive opposite rake too), sticker bombed saxo. It was only bolted into the car in 2 places and made of scaffolding like material.
His car was a fail in so many ways.

I'd ban anyone that wants to ban things (and getting caught in my own ban of course).

Don't you see the harm done by dangerous modifications?

They were popular about 10 years ago, but you still see cars with 'Lexus lights', should be banned IMO
