I was wrong. I've been corrected. It's a great colour though.

So if they're caught what sort of punishment will they get? What punishment will their parents get? £100K of crime?

Not nice, but this type of thing's always going to be done by the havenots (as in haven't got a couple of brain cells to rub together between them).

I would assume/hope that the garage is insured so it can be replaced and they can have a hand in restoring it again.
