I thought that was brilliant.

The 3.0 turbos look fantastic, love the non intercooler whale tail. The 'turbo carrera' is correct for the US market and looks great.

Not at all sure what is not to like, but we're all different!
Is it possible to take a 3.3 turbo and take off rear spoiler?
What options are available to remove/ re-locate inter cooler?

Interesting chap and nice collection. Much rather listen to him talking about his cars than read the boring negative comments posted on here.
Sadly, when air cooled Porsches are the topic the knives usually come out fairly quickly, usually from other aircooled Porsche enthusiasts.

Not sure why people feel the need to get personal with the commentary, some of the comments belong in the school playground.

First 911 I went in was a 4-speed Turbo. Short of a GT2 RS I'd definitely want something like like a 930 or a 964 Turbo if I were to buy one

Can still remember the sheer traction from a start and how long the low gears were smile

930 = Good
Turbo Carrera badge = not good.
Why is the turbo carrera badge not good? It is correct.
Correct.

The rear spoiler is not just there to look pretty or house the intercooler, it's functional. The 930 isn't nick-nmaed the widow maker for no reason, they are tail happy, the aerodynamics are crutial.

Where did he make all his money ?? Interesting looking guy.
I have to admit, I never heard of him.. apparently he owns a clothing brand called "Serious"....

And surprisingly, I listened to the whole video (being a non-Porsche fan)

His first video was better, perhaps because of the novelty of the whole thing. Reading between the lines there, he took a punt on commercial property in a run down area which subsequently became cool. Suspect he made most of his money from that.

There really are some ridiculously judgemental bellends on this forum.

Regardless of his appearance, Walker surely must be the epitome of a Pistonhead, and some of you lot need to give your pathetically envious heads a serious wobble.
laugh Very well put Sir, very good indeed.

I really enjoyed the video. Not quite as polished as the Petrolicious efforts (although that may be a good thing for some) but Walker seems to know his stuff. Yes, perhaps he goes on a bit but I'm sure we all do to an extent when it's about our own cars. He's clearly a petrolhead.

He seems to be quite a popular figure in the US and has appeared on Top Gear US and Jay Leno's garage I believe. Also, he was on the most recent series of 5th Gear.
