Yep, and with a Daily Mail journalist on board! Molecomb is a bh, especially when you don't brake!

Mark, great meeting you yesterday, really interesting - even though for you it's just the day job!

Now, is it bad form if I break out the Aero101 book to try and steal the rocket car race win off a ten year old?

He'd have come to a gentler stop going straight on like the Huracán driver did, going through some un-staked bales first.

There was only one thing to do after Andy outbraked himself going into Molcombe.

Find the nearest XJ on the Jag stand, a biro & some Post-It pads and tweet this.......

Made my weekend getting to meet Andy. One of the few times I've been genuinely star struck. Very embarrasing!

"Brush with death" laugh

Amazed the didn't mention how much his house cost (leaving out the fact they've tripled the value of an XJ and its now a rally car?!)

I love how the "£150,000 damage" is just a finger-in-the-air figure from the journo having a glance at the front end hehe

You are not the only one! I was terribly flustered on Friday, just trying to get a signed model of the Bloodhound from him!

So do you think me yelling across the stand on Saturday, around 4:30pm when he left us "drive carefully Andy" was a bad thing to do????

The lovely people at Brompton have very kindly donated two custom built bikes to the project, we popped up to the factory in London to collect, a really fascinating place to look around, so much development going on to constantly improve the bikes.

They ought to list and sell those bikes in that livery - great promotion for both the engineering products.

P.S. Is Andy getting one as a replacement for the Jag he pranged?
