What's the most powerful car you have owned?

Driven - Maserati Quattroporte (400bhp, though I will point out now I did not drive it in anger, it was fifty yards at most!)

Current car is a Jaguar XJ 2.7D with 205bhp..... God I miss my old car!

I have owned a 230hp ish Calibra turbo. The most powerful car i have driven is a BMW 760 444hp if i remember correctly. But the most fun and probably fastest point to point car i have driven is a 205 GTi 1.6. it was tuned to about 130hp. Power isn't everything.

Supercharged E46 M3 at 475BHP. Getting used to it though, wanting more soon. God knows where it will all end…. Met a guy recently with an 820BHP GTR and asked him if he got used to it and wanted more…….yes was the answer.

Of the cars I've owned personally, it'd be the Chimaera. Probably around 300bhp (being a somewhat modified 5-litre it might actually get within 30bhp of TVR's claimed figure for the standard car!)

I think the most powerful I've driven is the Continental Supersports with 621bhp. It struck me at the time that it's power-to-weight ratio was almost exactly the same as my 1.6-litre Caterham.
