My mate went yesterday - a lot of cars making good money, I tend to makr the lowest on autotrader (same model&miles) to give me an idea what to bid - cars were going above autotrader prices which is just madness... amazing how many people dont do their homework

There was a chap on a BMW thread saying he'd seen his 135 up for auction so I logged in to BCA and, thinking of the W12 thread, searched for A8s, and sure enough there was a SWB A8 W12 that looked good for 100,000 miles. Also had Audi Exclusive two-tone leather where the centre sections were... I reckon... Morning Dew.

Looked good. Wonder how much it went for?

I went to preston a couple of weeks ago , bought an 11 plate golf 1.2S for £5050 Inc all the fees

It's OK for what I paid but when I took it for a service he noticed its had a slight clink at the front. Like somebody hit a post underneath while parking

I'm happy enough for what I paid but slightly regretting not putting a bid in on a 100k 10 plate Skids Octavia 4WD that was provisional for the same money

Mine was bca approved but the a.c. doesn't work, when I looked at the T&Cs it says they don't check the temperature , so it's just an a.c. bulb working check then

Not sure if I'd do it again though

This is the problem, they are not cheap enough to take the risk of hidden faults.

Got a TT recently for a good customer of mine, nice car, low mieage but base spec (no extras at all)....was a WBAC vehicle which they will paid circa £13K for....with trade commission I gave 14500 which is just 1500 less than a main dealer would be asking.

Good move by BCA buying WBAC
