LFA. At £240k it still leaves a good chunk for a nice classic too.

Given the S/C RR for daily and rubbish weather, I'd then get a brace of Ferrari's, but with a twist...

2. Order the new California for next year delivery (with maybe a 458 Spider as a stand in).
That may seem over £350K but I'd be surprised if a deal at £350K couldn't be done for those two (used F12 obviously).
Would look amazing, with lots of pride and a brace of prancing horses is hard to beat....

I'll have an Evora S as a daily driver please and a classic racing car for weekends. I'd have to give up or change my hobbies, as the Evora won't take a bike, board or kayak, but there's simply no way I'd want to drive a Range Rover - yuk. Besides, getting a board or kayak on one is a joke involving two step ladders and another person (I see it attempted frequently!), so I'd have to pay for a butler to help me, which is just silly.

I agree that at least one classic is the way to go. You have had a lot of set your trousers on fire motoring in your life, and they really do offer something just as good - if different!
You will pick up a perfect 3.8 flat floor e type roadsetr for around a third of your budget.

It's a bit of a strange criteria forcing us all to have a great big heavy Range Rover as a daily driver. RRs are to lots of people's tastes I know, but what about those of us who need to put heavy things on the roof on a regular basis, or who like a car that handles well? I suggest to the OP that he allows us a choice of M3, M5, RS4, RS6 etc. Make mine a four door M3

See their garage and find your answer....Aston Martin V12 Roadster for about £130k or a coupe for £80kish/ Aston Martin Vanquish S with a Manual Gearbox conversion (£70-£80k).
