There's too much choice!

Probably a 458 Speciale around £230k with a few options.

£120k would have to go on the best Murcielago I could find.
This man knows.

1 car - has to be an LFA.

Get test driving.

Ferari 330 GTS, although looking at recent sales, you may need to sell the RR, and possibly house...

Very pretty though!

LFA. At £240k it still leaves a good chunk for a nice classic too.

Given the S/C RR for daily and rubbish weather, I'd then get a brace of Ferrari's, but with a twist...

1. F12
2. Order the new California for next year delivery (with maybe a 458 Spider as a stand in).

That may seem over £350K but I'd be surprised if a deal at £350K couldn't be done for those two (used F12 obviously).

Would look amazing, with lots of pride and a brace of prancing horses is hard to beat....

I'll have an Evora S as a daily driver please and a classic racing car for weekends. I'd have to give up or change my hobbies, as the Evora won't take a bike, board or kayak, but there's simply no way I'd want to drive a Range Rover - yuk. Besides, getting a board or kayak on one is a joke involving two step ladders and another person (I see it attempted frequently!), so I'd have to pay for a butler to help me, which is just silly.

I was just about to say M600.

Without doubt.
Then the remaining on a XJR X351

The least you could do is support the UKs fantastic car industry! If we dont, who will?

Do you mean an E Type or a replica? Need to add a zero onto the budget for a real one.

That's a really good question OP (Lovely fleet by the way).

I agree that at least one classic is the way to go. You have had a lot of set your trousers on fire motoring in your life, and they really do offer something just as good - if different!

You will pick up a perfect 3.8 flat floor e type roadsetr for around a third of your budget.

Morgan +4 there for £100,000 is you fancy calling a dealer up and asking him what he was thinking.....

...you can have too much choice on these things.

It's a bit of a strange criteria forcing us all to have a great big heavy Range Rover as a daily driver. RRs are to lots of people's tastes I know, but what about those of us who need to put heavy things on the roof on a regular basis, or who like a car that handles well? I suggest to the OP that he allows us a choice of M3, M5, RS4, RS6 etc. Make mine a four door M3 smile

F10 M5 and an Aston Martin DB9II. Both brand new with a very high spec.

Aston Martin V12 Roadster for about £130k or a coupe for £80kish/ Aston Martin Vanquish S with a Manual Gearbox conversion (£70-£80k).

Ferrari 360CS £140/£150k

Job done smile

(Enough left for a Lamborghini Diablo SE or SV depending on which Aston you pick )

Most of these will more than likely depreciate very little and maybe appreciate over a long enough period...

ETA Mclaren SLR maybe worth a shot...

How much does a 288 GTO set you back these days? I can only find POAs

If not I'd go for a hakosuka GTR which would then leave me about £250k for a nicely specced Singer 911

First off, the RRS would be sold post-haste and replaced with an Audi B5 RS4 as the daily.

The remainder of the budget?

At the moment, this:

JUST within budget I think?
