The Best ///M/Barge/General Rant/Look at this/O/T (Vol XVI)

Not a racing, but it looks cheap.
In other news, you'd think an essentially unique coachbuilt V12 Ferrari spider by a respected carrozzeria estimated at 50k would be a bargain.
That would be a mistake nearly as big as Loon's photos.

I think the low profile tyres are exaggerating the effect (at a guess they might be 185/60s when what you would want are 185/70 or 195/65) but it wouldn't surprise me if it's at factory height, which has always looked too high aesthetically. I was told the gauge for the optimum front ride height is that the front lower wishbones should be horizontal. I can't quite see in that photo if that's the case. Any lower (i.e. wishbones in the direction of \ _ / ) and apparently you affect the handling negatively.
The handling gurus recommend you definitely want the rear end slightly lower than the front, e.g. rear jacking point 10mm closer to the ground than the front ones. When that was done to my car it made a massive difference.
