I wanted that riiiight up until the moment the advert said "dump valve". Which is basically saying "the engine's fked".
Shame, really, because if it wasn't such a toilet it would be worth a fair wedge of cash. They're getting rare and desirable.

Is it wrong to marvel at the mono-mirrored simplicity of this?

No. It's a wonderful little car. As you say. Simple. Not the best looking car ever made, nor the fastest however who cares?

I like that. A lot.

hilst probably not as much fun, a more affordable option might be one of these from GRE Classics. smile

I saw them at Beaulieu yesterday and was impressed by both the product and the passion of the team behind them. They can be customised to your exact spec. since all are hand made. cool

£2k for a bloody go kart. I'd expect them to be customisable!

Please excuse the iPhone photos but saw this in France recently and thought some may appreciate the 80's retro and spot lights in yellow...

The RS2 I mentioned earlier on in the thread has actually now gone to a friend of mine - I will try and upload some images once it has had a refresh!

Am I right in remembering that you could get a very decent one for about £50k in the early 2000's?

£25k for an OK one in 2000. £85k for a 275GTB, £60k for a Lusso, £120k for a 288, £35k for a PF, etc. Depressing.

Mmmm, slushbox and Stevie Wonder interior fail.

This Ghibli offers a much better class of furniture for the tiller. smile
