Care to elaborate a little further?
I was expecting the car to be quite soft and compliant, but I was delighted to see and feel that the car was "mechnical" - the whole chassis vibrates with the engine, the steering is very direct, you can feel what each of the wheels are doing. And when you accelerate hard, it felt incredibly connected.
Maybe I just haven't driven enough fast cars (I owned a Tuscan for a few years and raced an R400 caterham so thought i was quite experienced), but I was surprised with what a driver's car it felt like. It honestly felt like a bigger version of an Elise (in a good way!).

I thought a similar thing when I had a few laps in a 360 around Rockingham. The steering obviously wasn't quite as nice but it felt very light on its feet and I really didn't expect it to move around as much as it did - felt like you could get quite playful with it. Very, very nice indeed.L100NYY said:
That's the second time you've posted that pic recently, and I absolutely adore it. Please feel free to keep re-posting it on a regular basis until I win the Euro-millions lottery and buy the car.I'd love to lie awake at night worrying about whether I really need that car as well as a 250SWB and a DB4GT Zagato...

A blast in that through the Goodwood lanes early one morning would be absolute heaven for me (either that or a Cooper S, obviously).
The closest I got was a few years ago I took the DB4 down to a Breakfast Club meet, what a great run that was......

Maybe a bit.
I know it won't help........but it really was as good as you'd expect. The feel through the wheel as the high profile tyres flex and lean to give that feel that only comes from an older car, the tactility of the woodrim steering wheel and that gearbox and of course there was the noise, dear God the noise.
Up there in my Top 10 of greatest drives.
I. Felt. Privileged.
I'm away the weekend this is one but there is some interesting things going through.....
