In other news, Porsche Hatfield have finally returned my call about not having received any warranty documentation since renewing. The answer - somewhat impressively - is that they've changed system, there are no records on the new system of having renewed and could they have the car back to carry out the 111-point check again. Slick.
Could you not just show them the invoice from the last time? that sounds like a lot of hassle! One of these has just quietly purred by. You almost know what's coming without turning around.
