It is indeed an E12 B7S. One of two in the country, apparently, and utterly gorgeous (for an Alpina).

Other delights from the day include this:

and this old Vauxhall:

which was sitting on VXR8 running gear, and had the full interior:

.
That's a Monaro interior and wheels not VXR8's.

In other news, Porsche Hatfield have finally returned my call about not having received any warranty documentation since renewing. The answer - somewhat impressively - is that they've changed system, there are no records on the new system of having renewed and could they have the car back to carry out the 111-point check again. Slick.
Could you not just show them the invoice from the last time? that sounds like a lot of hassle!

One of these has just quietly purred by. You almost know what's coming without turning around.

Still sound so well, and to my eyes, a good late one in the right colour still has a touch of classy, utilitarian charm amongst a sea of white crossovers on diamond cut rims.

So, for today, want.

Sorry I'm no Porsche expert but that's not a nice looking car, especially at that price

Whereas I can think of a million alternatives I'd rather be in unless I was into green laning or raping.

I'd rather try and MOT an E34 M5 that's been sat at the bottom of the sea.

However, the description is refreshingly honest.

I have one if somebody wants? Won't need as many brave pills as the one above nor is it priced at £40k.
