At least you've proved yourself right with the doom-mongering.

Going to start it low, no reserve and a 10 day auction, that should shift it frown
Bit more about the previous service history, a picture of the driver seat face, some of the 'parking dings', and tyre tread depths/brands would help it along a bit.

If this is yours that is,

By all means but if I can find the space I'll tuck it away and slowly bring it back to something to be proud of. Funnily enough the garage where I've left it had an E36 Evolution in Dakar with cloth interior. Parked next to it it made mine look very 3rd hand but on closer examination, frilly arches, puckered cloth seat pad, faded paint etc. they're all old cars that are due a bit of a refresh.

Plus I'm not going to repeat the E30 scenario of watching the car triple in value a year or so after I sold it!

How's the thirsty Merc?

And you should remove "Not M3, 330ci" from the title. It's against ebay listing rules - lookup keyword spamming. If someone reports the listing then it's liable to be removed. Besides being bad practice it also pisses people off who aren't looking for a B3.
Having said that its not as bad as someone listing a "520d, not 525d, 530d, 535i, 540i, A6, A8, E350, E500" etc.

My ennui with motors was ended with the Graf, it until then since ditching the donkey it would be far to say cars were lower down my agenda. I think the summer of having to spank worthless hire cars over lovely Italian roads has reawakened a some stirrings.

I got an email from ebay on it actually, I have changed it.

I wasn't aware, see people doing it all the time, but I know now ☺️

Guys, when selling a car, would you mention if it were once owned by a celebrity? Brian McFadden had my car but my Fiancee turned my nose up at it when i told her lol
So that's your B3.

Looks tidy.

I picked up a Cotic BFE last week with a set of 115 - 160 Lyriks, it's an absolute blast. Should have my Capra Pro here in 8 weeks, just in time for my next bike park wales trip.

That any better?

80k mile E46 M3 for £5.5k that isn't a Cat C/D? http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/b...

What have I missed? Cos it looks *too* cheap as it is...

scratchchin

Compare and contrast with: http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/b... - which is abotu where I'd expect it to be.

I've just remembered I saw a track prepped E46 M3 in rush hour around London Bridge recently. It had a super wide front track and some very aggressive front camber, I think it had the rear 18' wheels all round.

They're still really good looking cars from the front aren't they?

Looks so much better on 18's to my eyes as well.

A pal has just purchased an IPS evora & it's a lovely looking thing, much more presence than a car of that value should have! This one is a stunning colour combo IMO, I'd rather the NA version than the SC but I think I could put up with the SC whine driving

Immediate reaction is scam. Advert appears to have been gone so perhaps it has been reported and removed as such.

Any threadists going to Revival tomorrow? I'm taking my dad and a pal. Didn't bother with any seating this year, going to get a cooked breakfast then watch the races as we walk the circuit.

fkity fk fk. The GT3 sprang a coolant leak while on a drive early this morning. grumpy

A lovely Sunday wasted getting the car recovered and me taking the train home. About 8 hours all in.

Small consolations were watching the many nice cars drive past on their way to Goodwood and that I was in a small village, rather than being stuck on the side of the road, pondering a crap in the woods.

Agreed. We're on our third and this one is about as big as estates get.
