This morning I was overtaken by something not too dissimilar to this which I can confirm brightens up an otherwise dull commute.

It wasn't a works bike and it wasn't Hayden riding, it was a CBR600 but I couldn't find a picture of one in Repsol colours on one wheel

I was passed by three McLaren 650S's in convoy this morning, 2x orange and 1x white.

Oh and a white E36 328i Sport mit gingers. Looked totally standard and really rather nice imo.

Was on trade plates. Has re-ignited my want for an E39!
Most Gumball stuff and famous cars don't really do it for me. However, I think Alex Roy and his antics were great, I happen to be a bit of a fanboy. Think quite a few on here read the book and watched the film - I've got both.

Definitely inspiration behind a few road trips and plenty not done yet.

Spooky; those three 650's I saw earlier have just pulled up a couple of doors down.

I'll get a pic if anyone wants to see?

This was quite something to see in the carpark on Sunday

Must admit I was on the way back from Bruges on Ssaturday afternoon, minding my own business after a long drive, when I saw something very red and very wide slowly gaining on me in the outside lane - from a distance I thought i twas a 458, but as it got closer I could see it was even wider than that. Shortly after it twigged it was one of these:

It was strangely muted if I'm honest, nowhere near the aural drama of the Aventador that passed me a couple of weeks ago. Lovely looking thing though, took up most of the lane. I did try dropping a couple of cogs to see if the N52 could out sing it, sadly not frown

And then promptly nearly got driven off the road by some tit in a Golf trying to keep up with it......

Well that's the front done, rear to follow suit-

Just how big a difference do you feel in the drive when renewing the bulk of the suspension? It's hard to get a reference when you've never had anything to compare it to in the first place.

Pre-'74 car park was full of very cool juxtapositions.

Both the Members car park and the pre '74 were just a fantastic mix of eclectic fodder.

A couple of rows in front of us was a silver McLaren F1 and then a couple of minutes later I stumbled upon a fantastic Triumph Vitesse!

Oh and the tweaked Anglia in the paddock was just sublime!!

If it had a different interior...

Didn't get to do a whole load of wandering around the static stuff unfortunately due to only being there on the Sunday and such great racing.

However the line of XK-SSs (must have been about half the total in the world?) and the gazillion Ds did make me stop and stare. Similarly with the 250Fs.
Such a great day although I'm not sure the donkeys appreciated it.

Looked at that before I bought mine as I wanted black. Sadly when I looked it was nearly £6000 which put it out of my budget. Still, on balance I think I prefer the looks of the CLK so not all bad.

Aye, would probably get steering wheel re-done all in black but seats I could live with.

Well after spunking a ton on the suspension there's some Hayward and Scott back boxes to come too. Expensive month is expensive.

Going to do the same with the Alpina. New suspension being fitted shortly and have ordered some motorised exhaust cutouts...

Where are you ordering the suspension components from?
