Hello handsome.....

Although I really fancy some uber coupe in an AMG flavour and destroy a couple of continents on a trans euro vineyard trip;

Or maybe that E60 M5 would do the trick...... scratchchin

S1 or nothing for me.

To the extent that I have a set of freshly refurbed S1 steelies in the shed, awaiting the day when I find a good one to buy...

Doesn't look as though there will be too much of that so should be good yes

His Countach video (driving home from Italy) is still one of my favourite YT short vids smile

I note that in the PH classifieds search there is a filter, either new or hitherto unnoticed by me, marked "aspiration". The choices are "normally aspirated", "turbo" and "supercharger". I feel the administrators have missed a trick by not including "forlorn", the selection of which would lead hapless users to a page of pant-wetting sailed-ship 60s and 70s Italian supercars.

If there were any justice in the world, someone somewhere would be making De Tomaso recreations, à la Eagle E-type or Singer Porsche, et al.

Oh wow, I'm really rather taken with that! I'd love to buy that for the OH for her trips to and from work.

I'd get a lovely warm fuzzy feeling knowing she was piloting that thing around....

Hmmm is it weird that I now see cars for my OH instead of myself... for instance, I bought an Alpina B3 instead of an M3 because I wanted my Fiancee to have the confidence to enjoy it.

I'm starting to think its not cars as a whole I love but simply owning them and seeing others enjoy it.

It really is for me, the experience of a new car, the experience of its abilities and flaws that really makes for me and I bet that Merc landyacht is simply wonderful!

Spectacular doesn't cover half of it. That is just about every superlative there is. Want is massive. Massive.

So how much to get that set up with LPG? .... Would make the most awesome daily smoker if you could make the fuel bill more tolerable. Would certainly lure me away from the BMW 630 I'm heading towards right now.

I saw this at auction a while back, leggy, but very, very, tidy, 1 owner and no expense spared is not a superlative in this instance. Was lovely. Think it was a cracking buy.

Two six cylinder kits, so about £3.5-4k. More logical to do it to a V8, when it's around £2.5k to convert.

Was In traffic on the M4 from Wandsworth to home earlier and came across a nice G wagon.

got closer and saw that it was a Brabus 700. 700 being 691bhp. What a car (well... thing)

Like this but de-chromed and less G-Unit wheels:

That's a really rather clever way of getting 75% of a GT3 for about 40% of the price. I approve.
