eek £45k! Is that how much those things are going for these days?! I can't keep up!

I also can't help thinking a mint mk1 Mazda would be just as nice to drive.

Me too. Maybe the first time I've liked a larger-than-standard wheel on an XJS. I think they almost always look awful with anything other than proper items.
