Hi all,
upon start up im getting the abs/esp light illuminated for a second or two and then it goes off and stays off, Peugeot say its running diagnostic on start up and not to worry, another annoying fault is the car saying the brake light bulb is out when its not?
yes first world problems but the bloody thing beeps constantly
Any ideas? love these French motors

Can't help with the ABS fault, but when i had a similar bulb fault on my car i found a new bulb solved the problem. It would randomly fail to illuminate and throw out the alert, a quick whack of the light cluster would get it working again.upon start up im getting the abs/esp light illuminated for a second or two and then it goes off and stays off, Peugeot say its running diagnostic on start up and not to worry, another annoying fault is the car saying the brake light bulb is out when its not?

I've had bulb out warnings when the bulb isn't actually out. A new bulb cluster cured it, cost about £10 from the breakers.
Get it scanned to determine if the ESP light is an issue, if it is then it should log a fault, or at least a pending fault. Keep in mind not all fault code readers can read pending or intermittent faults.
