It's just arrived at the dealer - am out of town and flying back at the weekend but looks like I won't be able to pick it up as we are forecast for snow snow and more snow (east coast US) - aaggghhhh!! Going to be a painful wait.

That is a lovely looking thing. Not sure about this (fairly) recent fascination with black alloy wheels though, they look smaller and when the wheel is more black than the tyre it looks a bit odd.

Not that it really detracts from the overall car too much though smile

Picked it up yesterday. All I can say is wow - what an amazing job Jaguar have done with this car. The power is incredible and the noise just insane. Its beautifully put together inside and out as well.

Controls are all very easy and its pretty docile under normal driving. The 8 speed ZF gearbox has moved the game on for automatics undoubtedly, I really enjoyed it in both auto and manual modes with the flappy paddles. I really do imagine for the mainstream manual cars are done for.

When selecting dynamic mode however it turns into a snarling beast, a complete Jekyll and Hyde personality, feels completely unruly and a hooligan of a car. Its still in the minus temperatures here so I had to be careful with use of the throttle, can't wait for spring / summer to arrive.

Amazingly it rides so much better than my BMW 335i too. Shows you just how bad the ride is on some of these German cars.

Dynamic exhaust / black wheels / wind deflector. Didn't feel anything else was really a must have.

That is the prettiest automotive rear end since the T350C. A truly beautiful motorcar, Jaguar should be very proud.

I saw one first at Goodwood FOS stunning truly stunning and given Jags with the dynamic exhaust button things get very loud just perfect.

My boss drives am XKR-S vert and was given a v6 F type a few months ago as a courtesy car we had a poke around a lovely thing - boot a joke though.

I'm not really much of a Jag fan usually, but that looks awesome OP. Congrats and best of luck with it!
