No I was just curious as to what the well informed PH'ers felt.
A stock MR2 would be nice but my own 2.8i Capri is in need of re-commissioning so that's probably the direction I'll take.

Ah, good to see the 2.8's soldiering on ok. If you ever do go down the MR2 road, take heed of the gumtree ad & make sure it's an auto with flameproof interior. Oh, and THE colour - 'matte red'. thumbup

These replicas really are tragic. Even a non petrolhead would know something isn't right.
