Thank you McLaren for the engineer's insight, I was enjoting this vid long before the sideways stuff happened. Having it from a Prototype just helped reinforce how special the limited run is too.

I've never wanted a car as badly as I want this. Unfortunately it would have to be a mega lottery win in order to get one and as they've all gone I'll be paying over the odds as well. But, I'm hopeful! :-)

Slight pity that the car he drives is an advanced prototype "representative" of a customer car . Interesting to see how close the car I drove was to it .

I think the P1 is going to go down as an all time great, just like its grandaddy did.

and remember Harris (and Sutcliffe and Gavin Greene) have all been driving the 918. All saying the big Macs got it beat all ends up.

I've said before, but I do love the joy of Mr Harris' videos. There's a deep admiration for engineering and design that somehow a TV car-show seemingly wouldn't have the same space for. Could have watched a 2hr version of this vid
