Hmmm, I've just had another tracking number from them. It seems the tyres are being sent in two completely different deliveries - one which should arrive today, another which is still in Europe. Arranging to take 2 deliveries is twice the pain of arranging to take one but I guess thats the way it goes. Looks like they drop-ship as the second shipment is coming from the Netherlands not Germany.

They state this in their confirmation email. Sometimes the order may be shipped in two halves.TheAngryDog said:
I have two delivery numbers too. I hope mine both arrive on the same day otherwise it'll cause me an issue.
I would prepare for that not being the case - I've got 2 now, the other two will presumably come later. Have to say very happy so far - ordered Sunday night, here today, and 2014 tyres as well not 4 year old junk from the back of somebodies warehouse.Fox- said:

Glad you have two of yours. I need mine to arrive for Saturday, my car is off the road and I have a long trip to make. Why is it that Camskill and the like can ship me a great big heavy tyre from the other end of the country (or abroad in many cases) for £2.99?
While a plumbing place in London charged me £3.50 to send a flush piston in a little box. With myHermes. Who have admitted after 7 working days that it isn't really 'out for delivery' but is in fact 'lost'.

Once you start moving in bulk you can easily get to £6+VAT to move 20kgs, so I expect cam are averaging it out across 2 tyres. £3.50 sounds about right for a small parcel on hermes. While a plumbing place in London charged me £3.50 to send a flush piston in a little box. The real mystery is how can the Germans send a tyre into the UK for less money than people like Cam can move them about internally!

Looks like two of the four tyres I've ordered from here have gone missing thanks to their delivery company. Time to see how their customer service is :/
In my experience of them sending the wrong tyres out three times on the bounce over a period of a month (for something as simple as a Rover 75)and then admitting in fact they'd never stocked the speed rating I'd asked for, and then not being able to give a refund until all three sets were back with them (baring in mind it was their balls up)......I'd say it was non existent. And I win the prize for the longest sentence of the day.
