Nah, just pure petrol P O W E R, in fact more torque than an Aventador and Fezza F12. Merino leather and 'gesture controls' too!

point was it's a fair bit quicker to 60 than my S8 is with 520bhp and similar size/weight.

I guess it also depends on the gearing I'm at 5.2 in something weighing 2.5 tons with 'only' 380hp

Yeah its a bit special isn't it! The garage owner said that he had had complaints from surrounding business' about how much noise it makes.

I loved the juxtaposition of crazy bodywork, batst mental engine (two superchargers!) but full leather interior and 1980's carphone in the centre console.

I remember years ago reading about those in a car mag when they first came out, thinking I would be unlikely to ever see one (this was before Goodwood etc) and then the following day was sitting at a set of lights on the A4 in Chiswick and one pulled up next to me, I was gobsmacked!

I had chassis 001, a 7.0 NA their first Demo car. It was an amazing bit of kit and way ahead of a comparable Aston of the same era

I'm still waiting for those adoption papers to turn up !

ETA I think it was due to the specific car rather than a general concern

Haha....No a friend of mine bought it off Lister after they'd finished with it and owned it up to about 6 years ago when I bought it
