Supercars spotted, some rarities (vol 6)
Discussion
I specced and owned that SV from new and kept for 5 years. Really did enjoy it and I went over the top in looking after it by never going out in the rain, regularly taking wheels off to polish the reverse sides etc etc don't think I ever washed it either - just polish polish and more polish. Even had a photo shoot and 6 page article about it in a popular auto magazine. Amazing car.

Interesting rear lights on the Aston concept. Wonder if they'd be road legal?

Awesome I might be being dumb but how do you avoid washing a car by polishing? I'm just imagining you grinding the paint off. Blown2CV said:

Awesome I might be being dumb but how do you avoid washing a car by polishing? I'm just imagining you grinding the paint off. Unfortunately dirty cars really grate on me so I just end up disliking everything I own. I need a detailer who will come to my house in the middle of nowhere. Or get a live-in maid who can be trained in detailing.
I'm just glad I love clean cars and dirty ones - I really enjoy the washing and detailing process also, nothing better than going for a great drive and getting the car dirty, then making it perfect again, although I'm certainly a bit odd that way
(Even on a dry summer day a car will get "dirty" to some extent btw, a layer of fine dust at least. Polishing this back into the car is much worse for the paint than leaving it alone completely.)

OK so only dry summer days then... I'm gathering you hardly drove it? I can see your perspective, but I quite enjoy washing a car and I wouldn't want to restrict myself to the weather forecast. Might even want to (shock horror!) take it away for the weekend or something. Still it's up to you obviously, and that was clearly an awesome car. What do you have currently if you don't mind me asking?
