Only 41 of these manufactured, De Tomaso Pantera Si.

Found this in (outside) a german custom Garage, has seen better days but still looking spectacular (and sooo 90s)

I believe this is another one, also in a German garage. Classic Remise in Berlin.

Sorry for the poor photo, it was housed in one of their many glass boxes. Although there was plenty of other interesting cars parked around the place. I'd put up some photos, but it's kind of like cheating.

Unlike your shopping which doesn't appear to fit in the boot! smile
Yeah, the boot on an XJ220 is a little smaller than I thought it would be! I stuck it down in the footwell in the end.
Imagine what it would have been like if they stuck the V12 in it afterall! I suppose at least the V6 makes the weekly shop more bearable smile
Actually the XJ220 was well ahead of its time and it doesn't deserve the stick it gets for not having a V12. The Twin Turbo V6 is a great engine and during the few hundred miles I did in it, I found it to be very economical, especially for a hypercar! Plus its much better on emissions. Ok so it lacks the noise of a howling V12, but overall I think tha Jag was better for having the V6.

Looked mighty good in the flesh, albeit long. This was in Bristol. Sure to see a lot more around fairly soon. It was the P85 version by the way.

There are fewer MkI Mondeo's in the UK than Morris Minors.

Rare beast indeed.

Well, not so much "spotted" but more of a challenge to spot on camera as I didn't have a chance to catch it due to driving, but I know that Danny might be interested in a BMW i8 that I noticed being wrapped in Matt red just off Princees Road in Manchester today. Have to say I think it's an awful looking car but the Matt colour seemed to make a big change, less "try hard" I guess.
Also a 918 along side an immaculate 924 at the Porsche dealer in Bolton today. The 918 was a lot bigger then I expected, a stunning car, far better than a P1 in my opinion, much more presence.

Hi there,

Same here, I saw the Matt Red wrapped i8 parked up outside a barbers shop in Chorlton at around 5:30pm last night. It was parked at 90 degrees to the road so no chance of a photograph.:-(

Tim

There are at least another couple.

Only 40 in RHD so even rarer in that respect.

There are at least 19 DB7 Zagatos registered in the UK. Usually the UK retains a relatively high number of Aston Martin specials.

I know of at least another two DB7 Zagatos that have been seen in London but that tends to be where supercars are seen because of the concentration of spotters (and cars, of course).

I thought it was tax disc's that had been done away with, but from the last few pic's it looks like you don't need front plates either?

Used to see one in Cobham fairly regularly when I worked that way a few years ago.

X70 AML is the only Aston Martin DB7 Zagato with the colour combination of Tungsten Grey exterior and Claret Red interior.

It is car number 70 of 99.

70 of 99? Nineteen registered in the UK?

How common. Apart from being pretty she's a just heavier slower version of a standard Aston; hardly a "Supercar" either. hehe
