Hi there,

A couple of quick shots of this taken in the dark tonight.

Hopefully some more to come if I can line up to get another look at it in the daylight.

No its not a chavved up Bentley, its the brand new Continental GT3R

Judging by the plaque in front of it I'd say it's a 1967 Ferrari Thomassima III (concept car).

Compared to the LaF and P1 these now look so understated and (especially in this colour scheme) dare I say dull.

I have to agree... elegantly dull though all the same.

One has to admire their dedication to making all standard models appear better looking.

Saw my first Mclaren P1 on Thursday night.

Just about to head off when this appeared.

Lovely brace of P1s.

A W220 S55 caught my attention yesterday. Proper "iron fist in a velvet glove" car.

Mclaren P1

I have not seen a P1 (or the 918) only the LaFerrari. Do you know which one is rarer? (BTW-Great spot)

There will only be 375 P1 (about 260 have been delivered) and there should be only 499 LaFerraris. Ferrari has a bit of a habit of making more cars than it says it will, so there may be more.

If you mean in the UK, then I know of 21 P1 currently registered in the UK and 12 LaFerraris. This will partly be due to the fact that LaFerrari production was delayed with problems in the US market. Also, many of the first 100 P1s were delivered to closer markets to home, meaning a significant number of the UK allocation was delivered earlier in the production cycle.

In the end, there will be around 30 P1s delivered to the UK, of which 10 or so are expected to go overseas. One left almost straight away and has been used regularly and another is, I am almost certain, up for sale in the Germany. This said, one P1 has already been imported back into the UK from 'mainland' Europe.

There should be around 50 LaFerraris delivered to the UK (I am happy to be corrected on this). I am basing this on the fact that there are around 42 Enzos registered in the UK.

I hope this helps smile
