On that note, spotted on a non discript industrial estate

Now that IS valuable! Where did you spot it?

It's one of the much rarer Turbo 1 versions and in the best colour. Looks to be all correct as well (no sunroof, original seats, standard exhaust & mirror, correctly placed decals). I don't suppose you got a photo of the interior? If it's still got its zany original steering wheel (they've been known to break!), then it really is very special indeed. The owner has done very well to track that down. Basically it's the perfect specification and therefore worth a fortune.

The only thing I would change would be to go back to the original Gotti TRX turbine rims.
it is really awesome, indeed

Hi there,

Spotted on Deansgate, Manchester around midday today

Thats my friend Will's car, he's only had it for a month or so. Stunning in and out and still has that slight edge of bonkers about it. Tiny inside, huge outside - even at 5'8, him getting in is a work of art.

Sounds epic though above 4k.

Usually parked or driving through Alderley Edge.
How does Will afford such a runaround, what is his profession.
Property. It is a short term gift to himself. He had a Gallardo in 2007, lost it in the subsequent crash. Worked his nuts off ever since (driving an Audi A1), always promised himself another when times got good. Got close last year but opted for a white Bentley V8, then after a windfall deal earlier this year went to get a Huracan (sp?) but saw this 12 month old one and couldn't resist. Only planning to keep it until Autumn. Important box ticked for him after 2008.

I saw this at Hampton Hargate Tesco the other day - both rare and super looking! I can't believe the value of these now!

And this was just doing the local shopping - very cool

Blimey another Turbo 1. Looks another 70 grand corker too! Those are the split rim Gotti rims available when new so suit the car very well.

First one is a rarity now but will be causing congestion on the school run near you soon. Notice what it says under the number plate.

Second spot is much cooler and an old school supercar. Sorry about my shadow.

That's a PHer. You'll find his build thread in the Esprit section on here. (Currently experimenting with heat management of the V8 lump, hence the partially open tailgate.)

Off topic slightly, but spotted you on Wednesday around Yeadon area in the 640D, I take it you are local then? Look forward to spotting the i8 sometime if so.
