Given their location I can only imagine the amount of window lickers they're going to get in there drooling all over the cars and just generally causing a nuisance. Combine that with the extremely limited space inside (if you looked in the window then you seen how close all the cars are parked together) its not surprising that they don't want you in there if you're a tourist there on a package holiday and don't have a pot to piss in

I've been in there, and I didn't have an appointment or anything else. I didn't even know the place existed before I walked by earlier in the day. You can talk to them and if they can see you're serious about something they're happily going to deal with you. If you just want to waste their time and get some pics for Twitter or PH... why should they entertain you?
